I dont think phone line type is an issue or red flag with ebay, they only ask that cause with mobile they will send you text if you need to confirm while with landline it will be an automated call.
Shouldn’t matter but I would personally use a cellphone such as a prepaid that you can keep active just for this account Incase you ever need to call in or they call you I like to use sticky labels on the back for each account it’s associated with
