Getting 0/0 Selling limits

Lol ok because i was gonna say just made an account today and got the good ole 5/500 limit but yeah i think linking the paypal to ebay is pretty important part.

I received the 0-0 selling limit after creating a new stealth account today. I clicked on the option for e bay to call me on the phone number i had registered with. I told the representative on the phone ''i am a new seller, selling an item for my son'' and within 1 minute got the 10/500 increase.
