 eBay never send PIN number
I followed Stealthbook to create my US stealth account (accessible address). When I first listed an item, eBay said to send a PIN to my prepaid phone but they never did it. I chose to get a call instead. There were two times I got a call from eBay but the calls were hung up after a second (really strange). I ended up had to wait 24hrs to be able to request the PIN again.
I called eBay (it was in the middle of the night) but got no help. Maybe the rep was not authorized enough?
I tried again the day after but got the same problem. I also tried getting a new prepaid SIM. Yet still the same thing happened. But this time I got the error saying technical issue instead.
I clicked Questions? and I was at the page to ask to call eBay. But then can't make a call since "We're currently unavailable. Please check back during our normal business hours from Monday to Sunday 5:00 am to 10:00 pm PT"
I tried searching and there seems no solution for this has been posted. Please help.
