Safe to move Ebay listings to another paypal account?

Hello,

I have a stealth paypal and I am getting the identity proof alert with photo id, ssn and address verification.

How safe is it for me to move all my ebay listings to another paypal account, even one that is legit?

If the eBay that was previously sending payments to that verified PP has already been restricted then there's a very high chance your new eBay would also be restricted once you start sending payments to the same PP. It wouldn't take much investigation for eBay to realize you've had payments going from two different accounts into the same PP. Trying to change up the details on the verified PP wouldn't matter since eBay's are linked to PP's via internal account ID #'s.

But if there's never been any problems, on the eBay or PP side, on that verified PP.. you should be good.

Can I point the stealth Ebay account to a different paypal that is known good and verified? This is the scenario.

What if I created a new email and attached it to the known good verified PayPal account? Would that help shield me?

That is how I do it. Create a new email, add it to paypal, make a new listing with new paypal email. I dont link them. No holds, no problems. I have never tried to do it long term.

All PP accounts will soon be requiring the ID's, if they haven't already, so it will only be a matter of time before you're right back where you started.
