well,I forget this is a forum for those using steath account.
It would not be easy to plead your case say you have been hospitalised if you are using ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and address?
unless you use your stealth name to see a doctor,check into hospital and buy insurance policy,

Simple way to pass this is to change your shipping to 3 days+ and then ship in 1 day, buyer is happy and leaves you great feedback.
Nudge them indirectly to leave you good feedback.
Oh and trow in something for free, even a pack of 10 Cent sweets they will love it.

feedback has nothing to do with being below standard unfortunately.

To get above standard, you have to dilute the defects(not feedback) by having A LOT of perfect orders as fast as possible.

feedback still means something to new buyer,sweets and business cards I trash them.
OP must be a bad seller,14% FVF is pretty stiff.
