Holds longer than 21 days??

So i started selling more expensive nike shoes and eb or pp is holding the funds longer than 21 days?
Also some items show delivered 10 days ago but still hold?

I use dhl for delivery if that matters.

You may need to contact PP sometimes to get the funds released

if it is Ebay hold,call Ebay,you have a better chance with Ebay than Paypal.
Nike items are hiigh risk.
