Default Tax question about who to file under

Hey guys,
I currently sell on an account that's 6 years old under my moms name(who I live with and allows it). If all my income goes into my own bank account attached to the accounts Paypal, would I file taxes in my own name or hers? I have up til now, filed in my own name. I never go over 20K. I use my tax info for govt assistance, so I want to do it correctly and legally. Thanks!

who owns the Paypal account, you or your mom?
whose SSN is in that Paypal account?
1099 goes to the one whose SSN is registered with Paypal.

If it's being reported in your moms name it obviously will need to be included on her tax return.

If you've been including it on your tax return for 6 years.. the IRS is probably wondering why your mom isn't paying taxes on her online sales. And why you are paying taxes with nothing reported.

you can still report income without getting 1099,say you sell below 20k and 200 transaction on every venue-AMZN,EBAY,ETSY etc,you get no 1099 from these sites .

The Paypal account is in her name with her SSN. The bank account attached to the Paypal is my own, so when I withdraw funds, it comes in under her name to my BOA. I have never gone over and probably wont go over 20K, by I do go over 200 transactions. I was thinking if she ever got a 1099 then file with her credentials. I use a separate PO box for her also, which is in her name too.

Do I need to file next year as her, and should I not have my own bank account attached to her Paypal? Haven't had any issues.

I have done it this way so I can use the return as proof of income for state benefits.
