Paypal receiving limits

Are there any holds on any if the packages you get from any of the trusted vendors, as i just want buy a plan and get it all set and running so i can start selling.
But i can't have any of the money i make on holds, from either ebay or paypal.

so will this be lifted competely once i buy a package ans buy paypal reviving limits removed and won't be any holds, because im dropshipping on ebay and ive been doing this on ebay before without any issues and i need to buy the item and then have it shipped out??

You need to talk to the account sellers to see what they can offer.

Ok are all the limits removed in any if ur packages or so you offer a separate cost fir this?
Basically will i be able to use all the funds i habe, from each sale i make from any od the packages i buy from you??
