Just start selling whenever. It's a legitimate account so you'd have no problems calling in to get it reinstated if it were to get suspended upon first listing like your other account. Just make sure you're keeping track of your financials I guess.. so you don't leave your buddy with a big tax bill.

Pretty high chance they'll want you to call in on your friend's account too. I'd say on about 1/2 of the accounts I've ever started selling on I was temporarily suspended until I called in and discussed "my selling goals."

Not as standard like the USA.

They would comply if the government requested it I'm sure.

changing IP is as simple as changing the mac then rebooting your modem if you have a dynamic IP.

It sounds like you really need to learn how to do stealth correctly.

Ive read it twice the ip address is still confusing me
