Ebay verification going straight to voice mail

Hello all

I have signed up for Soho66 & bought the calling credit.

However when I request ebay call for confirmation it goes straight to voice mail. How do I fix this problem....

Ok guys, don't use the recommended x-lite software virtual phone pad.

I use an application called 3CX softpad virtual phone. It is alot easier to use
the settings that are given to you from soho when you subscribe to a local regional phone number.

Any problems .. P.M me and i can walk you through the installation, no call divert on the default settings therefore you shoud not have voicemail issues

I have just bought a local number with soho 66 and purchased £5 worth of credit.
I downloaded the 3cx softphone from my email, as far as i can see the softphone seems to be configured to my account.
I have tried ringing the softphone, it does ring but there is no ring sound coming from the softphone ,
am i doing something wrong , do i need to configure something first to get it to work ?

The reason you can't hear the voice activated system is because
you need to plug in some headphones to your headphone socket
on your laptop or desktop & this acts as a microphone, so you
will then hear the sexy chick from e-bay giving you the voice
activtion 4 digits that you require for full verification.
