A chinese seller can sell a USB cable for 99 cents free shipping and send it from Shenzen to Denver with delivery confirmation. Cost 99 cents (somehow this 99 cents includes price of product + ebay fees + paypal fees+ envelope + labor + shipping cost)

If you have not already picked up on it yet, it is a waste of time reading never mind arguing with him. Most of what he posts is scatterbrained, half truths and the rest is purely imagined.

we need to cost 1$ more to ship each item than before.

My understanding is the changes won't happen till end of September, if they happen at all. A deal could still be reached of some kind.

If you are a smart US seller,then stay away from ALiexpress,Alibaba and all the other Chinese websites.
Then what ever the shipping cost is from CHina to USA does not concern you
