Is it possible to list the first item on your eBay Stealth account without adding any automatically payment method?

I wouldn't advise it. Best to connect your PP to it and set up the accounts correctly to prevent raising the flags.

as saijin said, its best to link your ppl to ebay even if you were able to list without ebay asking you for the automatic payment just to avoid any problems that might occur
