Defects because of PayPal cases!!!
A buyer opened an item not received case via PayPal, I had no option but to issue the refund and close the case on PayPal.
A new defect has shown up in my eBay and eBay claims the reason is because I cancelled due to "stock not available"!!
I wrote eBay an e-mail and explained the situation to them and that it had nothing to do with stock or me cancelling the order myself. It was the buyer who opened the case on PayPal and not me
