Defects because of PayPal cases!!!

A buyer opened an item not received case via PayPal, I had no option but to issue the refund and close the case on PayPal.


A new defect has shown up in my eBay and eBay claims the reason is because I cancelled due to "stock not available"!!


I wrote eBay an e-mail and explained the situation to them and that it had nothing to do with stock or me cancelling the order myself. It was the buyer who opened the case on PayPal and not me

I have not had this happen but I hope your e-mail makes ebay realize the error and remove the defect

I also think it's a glitch because I have closed similar PayPal cases in the past on PayPal and nothing happend.


Anyway, I am waiting for eBay's reply... will keep you posted.

No, but it was a case of item not received opened via PayPal, I had to issue the refund via PayPal too because there was no 2nd option available on eBay. It counted as a defect though
