I think you mean when will sellers no longer be able to use PayPal to receive payments for the goods they sell on eBay?
Nobody knows 100% for sure but it could be as soon as the middle of 2020.
eBay is getting aggressive even suggesting in some messages to sellers that received the invite that they MUST sign up by the end of October or risk losing their ability to sell.
and btw this timeline is for USA accounts only. For other nations, they suggested a full global rollout by 2023.
do you mean you cant accept Paypal payment direct like we are doing now?
with paypal payment under MP,your paypal fund will be deposited into your banka ccount,it wont be in your Paypal account,if you want to,you have to transfer from bank to Paypal youself.
This could create problems with some sellers,

I believe I have read on the managed payments forum that accounts that have PayPal attached with correct info and have the new features that PayPal now has. Think PayPal cash or something like that, where they can use balance funds as they please. Are using PayPal as a bank substitute. Where buyer pays. However, cc PayPal etc don't matter, money is in managed payments. Once available it is sent to banks but I read that some people are using PayPal as there bank.
So it goes there and they do as they please as they have the new accounts PayPal started to implement this year
Paypal did say it may be able to give us a routing number and account number for our pAYPAL account so we can use it for MP,but nothing definite yet, have you heard any progress made ?
