Does anyone know what time you can reach eBay USA based support?

Of course I know that, I am trying to reach US based support, not Filipino. When is the best chance to reach US based support?

Then select an option that is mostly USA based such as appeals of a case. You will almost never get a USA person unless you select options that are mostly usa people.

one of those cases where you list a blue shirt, take a picture of a blue shirt and buyer opens an "item not as described" case because he "wants a red shirt". When you call, a USA based agent will close the case immediately. The Filipino based agent will say "you must work with buyer for 3 business days and ask ebay to step in to help". However in these kinds of cases whoever asks eBay to step in and help first wins.

They best advice i can give you is, call ebay, wait till someone responds, if the person is Indian or whatever than hang up and try again till you get someone you want. Its completely RNG and time has nothing to do with it.

That being said, from my personal experience, I've talked to both Indians and Americans on the phone. They're both equally helpful/unhelpful
