Go to ebay, but EE sim cards, they are sold there for 1 pound + postage fees. They are ideal if you have UK accounts and not UK resident. They work for 6 month and you can get verified email, paypal and ebay instantly by getting sms to your phone.

reciving messages works. reciving calls does not wrok i think.
I am not sure about ee cards but vodafone works for 100% in china
