Can I open my stealth account eBay and pp via mob app? I used these apps for my restricted account.
Also, should I change the Mac address for the router or only change the IP?

What about IP? Is that enough to change IP by restarting the router or buy one from IPBurger? I am not live in USA, I am from Egypt.

Terrible idea in my opinion. Especially if you already used them with another account that has been suspended. I will be an instant link.
Perhaps go over the stealth guide again... sounds like you need the basics figured out and those are all covered there.
