eBay asking for backup payment method , Vanilla Visa failed, what else ?

I recently received expiration warning on my eBay backup payment method, it used to be a VCC card. So I go in and change it to my recently purchased Vanilla Visa card, which I used in PP few days ago without issue. But eBay rejected my Vanilla Visa card and saying cannot verify this card ....

Looks like Vanilla Visa card has been banned in eBay ....
So .... Is there any other way out ? should I get a VCC from the VCC sellers in this forum ?

Try another seller ebay cards are very easy to use I am sure you will find in marketplace
