Problem while creating stealth account

so i was trying to open a stealth account as usual
but something weird keep happening
it's this message is anyone encountering this?

i entered the pin they sent then this happened

thats not a suspension its more like of a security block

take look also to your stealth approach (virtual machines, IP, etc), not only phone number may be a source of problem
