Lexisnexis is an awesome tool background checks, but it just contains public source and crowd sourced information, which means it is often wrong. If the eBay customer service are making their decisions solely on a risk score by Lexisnexis, it's inevitable they'll make many mistakes in evaluating accounts.

I've found after a month I'm golden on previous accounts.

I use aol emails mainly, I can't help but think everyone has Gmail, and that means in the percent of people they have suspended probably are all Gmail accounts so I try to be a little different on that. How ever I have a couple accounts with Gmail email.

eBay and pp names don't need to match thats a myth I get 1000 item limits on all my accounts but 2 or 3 out 13
