eBay sales tax collection

Hello, I have SIX eBay Stealth acct (All ebay acct are not my name and address) using my real Paypal business act. Ebay is collection 30-38 state sale tax.

On the ebay web site below, it stated "If you’re a managed payments seller, and have more than 200 transactions and generate more than $20,000 in sales in a calendar year, you'll receive a Form 1099-K from eBay. This information will also be reported to the IRS and your state tax authority, where applicable"

so if I sell more then 200 with at least S20K:, is it true ebay will send form 1099-k which are not my name and address info? On eBay Stealth acct, we don't; provide Social Security or EIN #..I thought PayPal does and send me 1099K form? Please advise???

Paypal does the sending,not Ebay.
One copy goes to the Paypal account holder and one goes to IRS,the amount will be recorded under the Paypal account holder SSN

Thanks you for reply. It stated "you'll receive a Form 1099-K from eBay". it did NOT say PayPal, that why I be worry.

it could be if you are using Ayden,then Ebay will send 1099 K,
but if you split your payments between Paypal and Ayden and neither reach 200 trans/$20k,you will get no 1099K.

Only managed payments sellers will be eligible to receive 1099-K forms from eBay. If PayPal or another authorized payment service processed any of your eBay payments during the calendar year, you may receive a separate form from them if your transactions meet the thresholds.
