Google voice

I am using my computer to call Google Voice, function correctly but i can hear the person but the person can't hear me.

How to solve this issue?

Download a free phone number app (example - textfree).
Get a free number on it.
Forward the google voice number to it.
Make the calls and the free number will ring. When you pick up it will complete the call to the number youre calling.
