 EBay will not let me link my paypal account!!!
I noticed when my new accounts get suspended for 'verification purposes' the agent will always tell me to make sure I link and verify my paypal account after they reinstate my account. Whenever I go through the proper steps of adding and confirming a bank account and credit card, then choose the option to link my paypal account the email never shows up! I will also click the verify paypal account button that they now have on ebay and that won't work either! It's like ebay is doing this on purpose?? I'm very confused..
