MC011 - Invoices
 

Hi everyone,

So I got MC011 on my eBay account which is 2 months old and all my details are legal and correct (not stealth). I have all the documents to submit like bills, bank state, Passport & etc. For half orders I have tracking details and for other orders eBay can refer to the 70 feedbacks I have received but my main issue is now the product invoices. I buy my stock from China and I get the normal standard Pro Forma which eBay doesn't accept.

Can anyone guide me on what is a legal invoice which eBay accepts and is there anywhere I can get 1 or 2?

You help is much appreciated.

My suppliers are all in China and they just have proforma invoice, so frustrating

Yes I have asked and they have sent me invoices with their company name and stamp. I am just worries to submit these as in the past they got rejected specially with Amazon. Anyways thanks for the advise I will send them and will update you guys.

Amazon and ebay both are different, i am sure you will not have issue with ebay
