your title for listing has more words than the full item description, ignoring buyers messages requesting more shipping info on a new seller account will lead them to believe you are a scammer, looks like you are one to me,

I have completely changed WHAT I sell as some items just attract a certain (experienced) type of scammer. I've lost a FORTUNE over the years, protecting my stealth account and feedback rather than fighting cases. Selling iPhones and offering overseas shipping allows for a nice markup, but then since I switched to a more senior- driven market, I haven't had one issue. You can't see email addresses for the most part anymore with a Paypal payment, but I always knew when it ended in AOL or ptd.net or verizon.net I knew it was a safe transaction and I had nothing to worry about.
I feel for you, for a long time I had an iPhone 6 plus 16GB (YEARS) and it was absolutely heartbreaking when a little crook busterd overseas got a new iPhone 8 Plus 256GB from me for FREE because of a chargeback.
Now I only try to sell new items where 90%+ of my customers are older or elderly, just to avoid that particular frustration.

I lost a stealth account recently due to the mail carrier on pickup scanned 60 eBay packages as delivered, next day I got a lot of items not received resolution cases.
In my stupidity I called eBay to let them know that the increase in items not received was due to the post office error, they said thank you for the information, we will send it to the back office so they know. One day later account suspended and they wanted all resolution cases and return cases closed before reinstatement, A week later it was all cleared up, then they wanted verification of seller details, I cleared that all up, then they said my account was linked to previous suspended accounts and it would remain closed forever.
So lesson is if **** happens in your stealth account deal with it do not report it to eBay

they will still be en route to destination,may be scanned again when delivered.

I guess that much time you are taking, act you are the buyer and u haven't got tracking for over 10 days the buyer gets worried ,scared and even here im talking about a patient one (trust me), Some others would just wait couple of days if not tracking shows they immediately open a case,
I have 2 advices for you try to get better handling time faster tracking and the second thing is after someone buy of you maybe send them a message about your handling time

OP's case is the carrier who picked up his items scanned them as delivered.
So his buyers get upset as they have not received them yet.

usually items come faster but i was hoping by having long handling times i would not get buyers asking for tracking and threatening me after 3-5 days. ( ebay buyers can be quite mean and racist at times.)
most items arrive in 7-10 days not 11-17 business days but due to the christmas week there were delays with the carrier and supplier which is normal
i just wanted a high handling time to lower expectations and hopefully make someones day when they bought the item expecting the worse and then pleasenntly being suprised when it comes in only a week | I'm sorry you are having that issue with ebay.
You can select up to 30 days handling time in your
listings so that would adjust the delivery date for
the buyer, they would see it. It would also prevent
them from opening up a case until after that time.
If you are not selecting the longer handling time then
they can open an item not received at any time.
Do you know what time you have on your items?
