Can I open a New Ebay account

Evening All,

So I will cut right to the point to make this as quick as possible.

I'm moving address in 4 months so will I be able to open a new ebay account if I,

1. Open a new bank account
2. Get a new mobile phone
3. New computer and IP
4. Open a new paypal with the new bank account (new house and email address)
5. New email address

The only way in my eyes ebay would ever know its was me is through my name and DOB but there must be lots of people out there with the same name as me. Would I be right in thinking ebay dont look for same names?

Basically spot on, you can always reverse your name if you wanted

ie. Smith Ben
instead of Ben Smith

Brand new paypal account as well, with all my new details apart from my name so I can prove its me.

Thanks does anyone know if we will still have to provide this information when we leave the EU?
I spoke to paypal and they told me that as long as they can do verification and confirm your ID through credit matches then I wouldnt need to provide any other ID!! Anyone else heard of this?
