Anyone offering Ebay account + dedicated IP used to create the account combo?

Not too long ago, I bought an ebay account but sadly it got banned really quick because the IP I used didn't match the account. I was just wondering, is there anyone that offers the VPN (Dedicated IP used to create the account) and eBay account with it combo?

This is correct

In my experience most sellers do not include the IPs used to create the account unfortunately though. If anyone does that would be the place to ask and find out though. However, the IP mismatch may not have been the issue with your account.

He sells accounts and is part of the 24vc staff. One of his packages includes the 24vc VPN used to create the account.
