hey guys i just want to ask, is there is any problem if i create two accounts with all different informations except for the mac address wich is the same for both accounts ?

Mac address is not the problem, just create 2 accounts on PC and 2 different IP addresses and you are good to go.

I believe the MAC address shouldn't be viewable by eBay - i'm unsure if this is different when using mobile/apps which is generally best avoided anyway.

Mac is fine.
Just make sure you follow the steps in the stealth guide.
