Doesn’t seem to work with the reply for me and nothing shows in the order page. I don't know if this happens because I am in EU not in US. Makes it kind of impossible to deal with returns...

I did everything said in this topic and nothing works for me. Maybe because I am in EU and it happened at the time when GDPR took place. Either way it makes returns almost impossible.

It shouldn't be that difficult to process returns. eBay gives you the option of uploading a return label to the return request. So you could email the label to yourself, screenshot it, and then upload the label to the return request.

Yes, but in order to buy a return label for US customer to ship it back to EU you must have a US address. It’s absurd!

You'd just have to buy the label outside of eBay from a company that works in USA and EU.

Create label on fedex.com (or whatever courier's site) -> email to yourself or just save it on your desktop -> upload label to eBay request -> wait for return to arrive
