Send Offer Glitch

So I was having nice success with the send offer function that allows you to make an offer on an item of yours someone either has in cart or watching. But the last 10 I made 5 accepted and when they paid, their paypal was charged full price. Two of the five caught it but the other three didn't. So those two are pretty mad, even though I refunded the over charge. Anyone else having this issue. I don't know how long it has been going on.,

woh. that's quite the glitch. Are you sure that they were in fact the ones the offer was sent to? Cause I've had people buy something at full price, shortly after I sent the offers. I've always considered it a coincidence.

That is what I always thought until the buyers started catching it and messaging me.
