Cannot Marked as shipped cannot leave feedback

Looks like eBay made some changes? Or is it temporary bug I cannot leave feedback for buyers or Marked as shipped on any transaction

Any one getting this error?

Its been 2-3days now thought if its a system error they should have already fix it? but still cannot marked as shipped on any item anymore....

Mb you should make screenshot of that error and send to ebay tech support?

I already send screenshots of the error and send to eBay support but don't seem to be aware of the error maybe its a new changes or maybe bug

Try using another eBay domain extension like .co.uk for example and try using the old user interface if you can find links to it.

Log in to your regular eBay account then see if you can dispatch from this old link below:

Yes I've tried that on .co.uk and .au
getting the same error on all transaction that has not been Paid with PayPal

so I guessing buyer who do not use paypal will not beable to marked as payment receive or mark item as shipped anymore maybe ebay changes this.

I think its the new changes not system error its has been like this for couple of days
