I think Rolex lawyer will send you an email, they seek a fine $$.
whether they get your real name and address,I dont know
Not sure about the others.
back in mid 2000,Tiffany took Ebay to court for false advertising (by allowing counterfeits Tiffany items for sale on its venue),Tiffany lost as the judge said tiffany should be the one which should make sure no counterfeits are for sale anywhere.
But now if this admin said that sales venues and FBA should be looking for and destroying countefeits and US customs can come to warehouse and seize those goods,I would think the likes of AMZN,EBAY,etc would have to co-operate .
One would think US customs would arrive with a list with names and merchandise they want to seize and AMZN would have t o lead them to where the goods are.
With Ebay,it would have to give name and address of the owners of such goods.

On my stealth accounts then they can have whatever info they want, they ain't tracking me down without a warrant, even then it's only possible via my paypal/bank link(s).
Is it mandatory to have your business information displayed in CA and US? |
sellers do not have to display their business information on their listings unless they want to,some will do so in their profile. /shop
also, buyers could not care less if you have a retail shop or you work from home, chances are they may not buy from the same seller .
we mean nothing to them,or the candy or business card or coupon we insert in the package
I am addressing Tinsoldier asking if we display company info

if they want your infor, wont it be easier just to buy from you and get your address/
sometimes a seller may not even know he has a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ Rolex,he may have inherited from family.
the return lable would have a name, either your name,co name?
they figure you live nearby
