Do any sellers have low limit accounts?

Update:
I created an account using facebook on March 4th. I browsed for a day. I listed a non risky item. I linked a fully verified paypal. I listed using their recommendations, my own photos, and an auction for 3 days instead of BIN. It was a used product (so they dont consider me to be a business seller.

The account was fine for 2 days and now all of a sudden today it is suspended along with an account I made on March 6th. They were suspended minutes apart.
