These listings may violate applicable US laws or regulations, eBay policies, and exhibit unfair pricing behavior for our buyers.

Laws, was just one of the possible reasons they gave for this.

They are really trying to avoid the extortion of buyers but it is quite counter-capitalism idea true...

USA has never been purely capitalist. Our economy was in its most capitalist state before standard oil was split up by the government into dozens of smaller companies.

Was anti-trust regulation necessary? Maybe. The Rockefellers at that time had more power than Congress.

Regardless, this isn't a capitalist economy we have now. More like some kind of combination of communism and capitalism. Pure capitalism would mean no central government, with whatever corporation possessing the most resources controlling the nation. Probably not the best idea TBQH. Instead of SSN's, Americans would have microsoft registration numbers.

It's also anti-capitalist for your government to tell you that you aren't allowed to sell cocaine, even though it's insanely profitable. Any kind of regulations on business are anti-capitalist. But that's the way it is. :juggle:
