Maybe someone from experienced members can give advice.....
Made my account, Fresh IP, VM, Fonts everything is set. Open eBay. On first week just looking around and buying some cheap stuff 1$ - 3$ stuff. After about 1-2 weeks i start listing some cheap items, used clothes ( unbranded ) or toys used. Every time after first listing my account is blocked. I need to call to eBay and verify information directly with them. After that account is reinstated.
My friend has old account and he doesn't have same problem or restriction after first listing.
Is this suspensions is on all new accounts these days ? Or is there any how i can avoid such suspensions ?

Nope, it is not normal at all for new accounts to be suspended without any reason. It just means, that there's something wrong that made your accounts auto-suspended.

Im using my Iphone as hotspot and local mobile network.
Every single time 100% all accounts will be suspended and after calling to ebay reinstated back. Ok sometimes not all reinstate depends on ebay customer reps.
Your VM may be set up wrong and is leaking something. Using mobile hotspot is a solid IP solution. Try again, but keep it simple by just setting up a windows new user account, use a different browser. As long as everything else in your account creation process is correct (different everything, real phone number, new PayPal account attached, etc) you will not be suspended after your first listing.

Im doing already like that.
New user profile, new VM with Win 7, new browser, checked for fingerprints and everything... also new phone number, papal verified with prepaid card.
Can it be also paypal's attached card ? Can ebay see this information as well ?

from my experince smaller countries account all got first listing suspension recently.maybe they cant verify anything from them ao they just forced to do this for you to call in perhaps.
