Default Stooopid ebay. Banned for buying 3 items.

I have a name that has 3 ebay ID's (intentional).

I make a new ID on the same name and buy something for $20.
I buy something else for $2.
I buy something else for $21.

ALERT DANGER: I'm f****g banned from ebay.
I get a stooopid email saying that I am banned from ebay for everything.

The original 3 ID's are still OK. From experience, I know they will stay OK - if nothing else 'wrong' is done.

ebay once upon a time told me you can have UNLIMITED accounts.
I simply made a new account and JUST bought.
ebay are JUST thick and dumb.
I didn't buy something stupidly expensive.

If I had just bought the one thing...
Then waited 2 days and bought the second item.
And then waited another 2 days and bought the 3rd item...
EVERYTHING would be OK.

STOOOOOOPID idiots!!!!

Or... am I the dumb thick idiot?

ebay were called. I got some American who politely told me that nothing could be done to unban. WTF.

Once upon a time...
I bought a camera FROM ebay - from a well known retailer for $200.
I made a new ebay ID and stuck it on sale for $300.
BANNED for life!
I called ebay. They asked for proof. I showed them proof of purchase - the purchase I made with the other account (the item was in my hand - and I took original photos of my own).
They went away and thought about it. They unblocked. 10 minutes later blocked again. Called customer service... they told me to f*** off.

STOOOOOPID ebay!

(I just thought I'd mention... there was no IP mixing with other accounts or same computer ID - I'm very savvy about all of that. A bit of an old timer. LOL.)

I just thought I would get the above off my chest. LOL.
Time to...

not when the item is paid for and in his hands!
It sounds like he screwed around too much with this account and that account and tripped over himself,it is one thing to be smart, but overdoing it,then it is a smart ass

Here's the first of the half dozen definitions you'll find on the first page...

Retail arbitrage refers to the act of buying products in your local retail stores and then selling those same products through online marketplaces for a profit.

I'd ask how you thought half of ebays sellers would be banned but I'm worried you'll reply....
So if I find a clearance sale and purchase items to put on eBay for resale I will likely get banned on eBay?
Per the definition it is retail arbitrage, I could lose as eBay prohibits retail arbitrage.
I do a lot of this and haven't lost my account. I also have a supplier that provides over half of items I do list and sale.

I don't want to lose this account. Am I ok to buy and sell those items I get at local malls and stores?
Thanks.
