I am a non-U.S. resident, if I want to apply for the U.S. station eBay Stealth account, how can I get the name and address is safe?

Getting money out of PP though....you will need a US bank account

You will need a USA Bank accounts for to be able to withdraw the funds. But if you can verify the SSN, then you're good to go.

The more important thing is actually how you're going to get the money out since in USA you'll need a bank account.
So research an alternative that'll work ,.
