Hey Everyone

I've been successful with stealth for years and I have 10 main accounts running and many more on the burner. I have about 5 accounts which I was ready to list my first item on after months of aging and only buying. I know the drill..as soon as I list my first item (not high risk) I will be suspended and need to call in.... easy peezy

Well...NOT DURING COVID!!

I tested an account by listing the first item to see how well ebay support would work during the crisis. Here in Canada the ONLY OPTION IS EMAIL support.

So i got suspended and sent an email with the usual script " im a new seller just listing some personal items from home, please reinstate me"

Boom get a response within 24 hours...stating a generic " ebay suspends any member who may pose a risk to the ebay community and bla bla.

So I'M SHOCKED! I decide to email again saying sorry you made a mistake you only have to verify my info and reinstate me lol

I GET BACK THE SAME EXACT WORDED COOKIE CUTTER EMAIL meaning, as soon as you email them about suspension they email back with the same stupid cookie cutter response.

So basically I doubt that any human is behind it and based on the covid situation i think theres no hope of having anyone in person to help reinstate after the usual 1st item suspension...

BASICALLY GUYS HOLD ON TO YOUR MAIN ACCOUNTS FOR DEAR LIFE...dont trigger the system, don't do too much too fast because chances are if your account goes down...

DON'T expect to easily pull out one your aging accounts thinking business as usual..

PLEASE! SOMEONE TELL ME I'M WRONG? Is there a way around this? Like using a vpn for another country to get a different type of customer service or something?

Because i sell high risk and have to space out the number I sell. If an account goes down I need to allocate those listings to the new account instead of overload a current account and risk suspension

I have 10 main accounts where i list 2 or 3 items per week no more
And many aging accounts where i have to buy first then list non risk before going high risk

So it's the same in the US? Basically anyone trying to list a first item on a new account (stealth or not) will be stuck for months. Worse that it's during a time when so many are trying to sell afew things to get an income in self isolation.

Was on my way to getting a stealth account up and running today. Clean proxy, new paypal. Initially had a selling hold, live chatted with them, had a rep email me back and I cleared some details about suppliers and what not. Selling hold lifted.

Tried to list, had my selling limit reduced to 5. Live chat to lift limits, was denied, and checked email after to find that my account had been suspended. Not sure if the chat to lift limits triggered it, but I really thought I was clear.

Waiting on an email reply about the suspension currently, will update when that happens.

Something happening here in uk.they need to talk over the phone but no phone line active at the the moment.i will suggest you to wait until condition becomes normal

Sorry, forgot to mention I was setting up a US eBay account. I'm pretty new to stealthing. Is it generally easier to set one up in Canada compared to the States?

The live chat in the States eBay as far as I know is under certain support sections if you scroll all the way to the bottom. For me, it was under one of the sections with Paypal. I was told that all account specialists that deal with suspensions are email only.

Also update, I'm currently in the process of getting some creative documents and submitting them. Not sure if it'll help, but fingers crossed. :/ eBay has been pretty rough lately

Yeah I have been ageing accounts for months and they still get banned and they tell me they cannot be restored. Some of the accounts were 4 months old... UK eBay btw
