Confirm Your Identity

When I try to list a new listing or sell similar, I get an error message saying: "Confirm your identity". I have been a registered seller for five days, and I have an active listing that ends in roughly five days.

The error gives me no options, it just says I need to confirm my identity. I can post a screenshot if needed, but has anyone else seen this? Does anyone know of a way around it?

TheyGotMeToo seems to be right. I didn't have Flash installed, and since installing it, that no longer comes up.
