Change ebay address UK to USA

I have an ebay Spain account. I can change the Spain address for USA address and sell in ebay USA without problems ?

And if I make a sale I get the carriers from the USA and not from the Spain ?

If I put the shipping and return address of USA would it work?

actually you do not need to change registration address. Just log in to ebay.com and you can sell items. Just when you add listing write correct item location
