I usually call 8665403229 to reinstate my accounts but due to this pandemic that doesn't seem to be an option, do you have any suggestion on how to get in touch with them to appeal the suspensions?

Where is the call back option? When you call it just tells you to try emailing them.

I know you are talking about ebay but on paypal some of my accounts have a call option and some don't. I think if your a rando you can't call them anymore.
