Why don't you use online verification systems?
No need to own physical SIMs.

Done it before myself, didn't seem too bad.

I tried a few different online ones but found them to be unreliable. Calls and texts wouldn't come through now and again when verifying. Will always stick to SIMSs now as ive never had a issue
