eBay linking business account?

I have an eBay business account that was was indef suspended with my real name and real sole proprietorship name. I formed an LLC now and was wondering if I open an eBay business account with my LLC name and my real name, does this create a link? eBay never asked for my ID the first time it was suspended from MC011, so thats not on their record.

I will use a different address, tracphone number, new paypal of course.

Why the need to use your real name though?

Because I am the owner of the LLC? I figure when eBay suspends the account when I open it, they will want to verify the owner identity
