right guys I have managed to get back on to ebay (god only knows how long for )

I have made new email, user account on pc , VPN , signed up 2 paypal through ebay only issue im having paypal wants me to verify my account with a bank card?? and with in so many days

I have my account set to an address I know but my card is not registered there, the name on the account is also different, my bank account and also my full details about me is banned of ebay for life lol, how can I get past this verification any help would be great thanks,

I have also opened the seller account straight away( not going to list nothing until a month time or so let the account mature ) but also need to verify that with bank details ??

1. NEW USER ACCOUNT ON PC
2. EVEN GOT CCLEANER
3. USED FIREFOX PORTABLE
4.USED VPN
5.MADE EMAIL ADDRESS
6. NEW PAYPAL ADDRESS
7 NEW PHONE NUMBER (SIM CARD)
8.MADE SELLER ACCOUNT
9. VERIFIED EMAIL, AND PAYPAL
10. LASTED 2 HOURS - INFINITE BAN AGAIN FFS -

I used purevpn
And I used a new simcard
New email
New user account on laptop

Opened the seller account once I created the account
Same as the PayPal account

All under the vpn I think I need your help as I'm sure you know what the dance is lol
Or is this going to be the end of eBay new accounts as I'm hearing alot of accounts getting closed very quickly once created

I was even thinking of getting a dongle and just using that for making the account but not sure if it's Gunna get closed as how much is it going to cost me to actually get a f*n eBay account at the end lol
