PayPal "limits" for stealth Ebay

From what I have read, at about $20k in sales, your PayPal account gets limited and PayPal request certain info regarding your sales

Does that mean that stealth eBay accounts basically have a hard $20k sales limit which after that you have to move on to another account?

Or can you simply connect the eBay account to another PayPal account and keep going?

That's what we do here, we move on to another account after we come close to that limit. Safer
