got my first froot loop buyer today...

So this girl emails me, off the bat rude and vicious, claiming that the makeup I sold her was ⊗⊗⊗⊗ (it is not). She admits that she used it (ewww, I don't want it back!) but demands a full refund or else she'll leave me "really really bad feedback and report you to ebay, you fraud!" (her words).

So, though I was irritated with her accusations and her awful attitude, and I could tell she was one of those buyers who buys on ebay to have the power trip and threaten, I told her I would consult ebay for advice.

I get a couple of emails from other buyers of mine telling me that she's emailing THEM! They copy what she's writing, and they all basically say "I know you're an honest seller and wanted to let you know what this girl is doing."

I reported her to Trust & Safety, but I honestly don't know what's going to happen. This is ridiculous-such a headache. I hate listening to threats from buyers....

Is the account she used to purchase from you also her selling account?
IF so then post her eBay ID.

I thought about calling her but her emails seem like she's screaming as it is, I would hate to get that verbally.

i experienced this as well, how a buyer buys something and demands refund or else...leaving negative feedback or course...and doesent evan want to send the item back...

Tried to call, no answer, no answering machine/voicemail...I'm hesitant to take a return that's been used. But it's kind of funny because ever since I called her out on contacting my other buyers, I haven't heard a WORD from her...hmmm.

Any makeup returned is going to be thrown out, purely for health reasons. You have called the buyer a froot loop (which she is) so make sure you win.

I used to call buyers like that up and just truly give it to them on the phone. THe majority would stick their tails between their legs, some fight back. Now I just simply ignore them... who gives a ****. If they are going to bitch and moan, they are going to leave that neg anyways.

Yup, I have a feeling she knows she messed up since she's not replying now. I've sent ebay the messages of her contacting my buyers. I just don't want a neg....

I had someone like this off of Amazon. I entered the item by UPC so everything in the listing description was automatically filled in by their system. The guy was so relentless, demanded that I call him, but for many of the reasons listed above I did not.
He finally came clean and admitted that he had mis interpereted the information.
I was so close to putting his number on every craigslist in his srea for hard to get tickets at face value, cars below bluebook, etc so his phone would blow up and he'd eventually have to change his number. However, it didn't come to that.

I have a real sore spot for people who go out of their way to be jerks.
