Hi,
When create ebay account how buyer, what is the time recommend for upgrade to seller account ?
Is it better to create with proxy or fresh vpn ?

| Fresh IP address, VPN and Proxy are bad.
I would give it some time browsing, eg. adding items and sellers into watch list, bidding and so on. Take it slowly and it should be fine.
After few days of browsing you can create seller account :) |

As long as you create the account securely, you can immediately upgrade it to the seller account and list it. |

If you create personal account - create it with residental IP, switch to seller account after a week and after next week list first not risk item. Collect cookies everyday |

There's no need to wait whether you have a high limit account or a 5 item per month one. You can list on the first day. |

There is a lot of bulls**t on this thread - if your account is set up properly you can list straight away
The reason people have problems is they are usually trying to game the system with VPN and VS shenanigins that Ebay are on to
Do you honestly think the account sellers go through all this?

No need to collect cookies, all you need is setup your ebay account with a GOOD IP(not used, use residential ip. |
