When create ebay account how buyer, what is the time recommend for upgrade to seller account ?

Is it better to create with proxy or fresh VPN ?

Fresh IP address, VPN and Proxy are bad.
I would give it some time browsing, eg. adding items and sellers into watch list, bidding and so on. Take it slowly and it should be fine.
After few days of browsing you can create seller account

residentiel ip should do the work

You can upgrade buyer to seller at any time but, on my end, I bid and browse for 2 weeks before selling - but that's my own play

Waiting two weeks, ebay give higher selling limit or start with 5 selling limit and increase month to month ?

As long as you create the account securely, you can immediately upgrade it to the seller account and list it.

If you create personal account - create it with residental IP, switch to seller account after a week and after next week list first not risk item. Collect cookies everyday

You can do it at the moment you make the account if you did everthing corect you dont neet to worry.

There's no need to wait whether you have a high limit account or a 5 item per month one. You can list on the first day.

There is a lot of bulls**t on this thread - if your account is set up properly you can list straight away

The reason people have problems is they are usually trying to game the system with VPN and VS shenanigins that Ebay are on to

No need to collect cookies, all you need is setup your ebay account with a GOOD IP(not used, use Residential IP.

In case of openings a buyer account, I always make it a seller immediately with no problems.

I don't - I use a seperate phone, sim card and laptop for each account

Expensive? £200 - and if it fails I just need a new sim to go again

I don't do penny pinching and I don't burn accounts.
