what are the chances of paypal put my funds on hold?

I would say quite likely - and I would also say it is quite likely they will want to take a closer look at you - expect requests for ID and invoices

There's almost 0 chance of you receiving that payment successfully. You should use some other payment method unless you have a significantly more aged account you can use.
