Default ebay stealth guide error
Ive been trying to buy the ebay stealth guide for over a week now. I have sent 3 separate messages to support and still have not gotten a response back. I keep getting the high risk error. I am in the US, I do not have a VPN and my billing information is correct. I have tried 4 different credit cards.
